Paula Petersen

Paula Kay Petersen was born on April 18, 1953 to Elmer and Helen (Podewitz) Petersen at Hastings, Nebraska. She passed away on February 27, 2012 at the Franklin County Memorial Hospital at the age of 58 years, 10 months and 9 days.

Paula lived in California from early childhood. She was employed by the Los Angles County School District as a maintenance worker until disability forced her retirement.

In 2006, she returned to Nebraska. She resided at the Golden Living Center in Franklin until her death.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers; Larry Petersen, Greg Petersen and Donald (Scott) Petersen.

She is survived by her brother Rollin Petersen and his wife Diane of Rosemond, California, niece; Dina Sakowski, nephew; Rollin Petersen, Jr., great-nieces; Hailey White, Carissa Sakowski and Marlee Jean Petersen, and great-nephew; Devin Sakowski.

Memorial Services will be held at 10:00 am Friday, March 30, 2012 in the Golden Living Center, Franklin, Nebraska with Rev. Nancy Leonard officiating.

Inurnment at the Upland Cemetery, Upland, Nebraska.
