Christian Biography of Leath L "Lee" (Nyberg) Bradley

Leath L "Lee" Bradley, the daughter of Averille and Myrtle (Steinshouer) Nyberg, was born
on May 26, 1926 on a farm near Smith Center, Kansas. She passed away on June 7, 2007 at the
Colonial Villa in Alma, Nebraska at the age of 81 years and 11 days.
At the age of nine, Lee and her mother moved to Franklin from Smith County Kansas and she
attended the Franklin Public Schools graduating in 1944 from Franklin High School. She was united
in marriage to Delmar "Bus" Bradley on November 17, 1948. To this union two daughters were
born. For many years she and Bus lived south of Naponee across the Kansas state line until moving
into Naponee in 1956. Lee always helped out on the farm, loved the outdoors, enjoyed dancing and
fishing and was the school cook for Naponee Schools for several years. She was a current member
of the Naponee Weselyan Church. Extra care was needed over the last 3-4 years due to her failing
health.
Lee was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Virgil and Eldon and 4 sisters, Betty
King, Lydia Sunday, Lily Fuller and Zelia Brown.
She is survived by her husband Delmar "Bus" Bradley of Naponee, Nebraska, daughters,
Vicki Lutjeharms and husband Wayne of Republican City, Nebraska and Jean Illian and husband
Dan of Lincoln, Nebraska, five grandchildren, Traci Eckles and husband Mark of Omaha, Nebraska,
Mark and wife Julie Lutjeharms of Lincoln, Nebraska, Kelli and husband Mick Colo'n of Lincoln,
Nebraska, Cassie Taggart and husband Bob of Lincoln, Nebraska and Nick Illian and wife Melissa of
Lincoln, Nebraska, Eight and a half great-grandchildren along with one sister, Evelyn Moser of
Lompoc, California, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

Memorial graveside services will be held on Monday, June 11, 2007 at 10:30 AM from the
Naponee Cemetery in Naponee, Nebraska with Rev. Duane Lauber officiating.
Inurnment was in the Naponee Cemetery at Naponee, Nebraska.
Memorials are suggested in leu of flowers to the Colonial Villa, Alma, Nebraska.
There will be no visitation.
Hutchins Funeral Home of Franklin, Nebraska was in charge of the arrangements.
