Kevin Lee Shoemaker, age 69, passed away surrounded by his family on Friday, September 11, 2026, at the Eventide Journey House in Lincoln, Nebraska. He was born on August 2, 1957, to Stanley (Stan) F. and Susan A. (Martin) Shoemaker in Wichita, Kansas.
A Celebration of Life service will be held 10:30 a.m., Friday September 18, 2026, at the Crossgate Community Church in Franklin, Nebraska with Pastor Kasey Loschen officiating. Immediately following the service, a luncheon will be served at the church for family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18, 2026, prior to the service at the Crossgate Community Church, from 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. service time.
Burial will be in the Clay Center Cemetery, Clay Center, Nebraska at 1:30 p.m., Friday afternoon where family and friends will gather at the graveside.
