Elwood E. “Woody” Asay, age 91, Franklin, NE passed away Friday, December 11, 2020.
Forever remembered by his wife of 71 years Sara (Sally) Asay of Franklin; son Timothy E. Asay, Phillipsburg, KS; daughter Kathleen Mayeux (Jim), Mesa, AZ; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Direct cremation services were chosen and an inurnment service will be announced at a future date. Hutchins Funeral Home, Franklin, Nebraska assisted the Asay family with these arrangements.
